In private life, Kwame Yogot goes as Kenneth Kyeremateng, however he has denied any impact on his career from leaving his previous record label, Sky Entertainment.

The rapper has called those who are claiming that he is progressively losing his edge after leaving Sky Entertainment completely uninformed.

The ‘Biribi besi’ hitmaker said, “Anyone who says exiting Sky Entertainment has affected me might not know music that much because Sky Entertainment never made Kwame Yogot.

“People should learn the truth, as everyone knew Kwame Yogot since I had the majority of my songs recorded before they were discovered.

“Apart from Biibi Besi, which was the sole popular song I wrote while working at Sky Entertainment, what other song of mine went on to become a smash after Biibi Besi? Whoever claims that my career has stagnated and that I’ve lost my spark doesn’t know what they’re talking about; Sky Entertainment has instead lost a priceless talent. He retaliated against his detractors.

Kwame Yogot has been in the headlines recently for accusing Amerado of song theft, in addition to other record label issues.

Amerado sampled one of Kwame Yogot’s songs for their newest hit, according to Yogot. Since Amerado is his brother in the music business, in his opinion, there is nothing wrong with Amerado using a sample of his song for his brand-new hit song, “Kwaku Ananse.”

According to Kwame Yogot, Amerado utilized his [Kwame Yogot’s] beat and destroyed it with his lyrics because of his talent.

Amerado opens the song by singing on how people criticize him for being quiet, but they still try to intimidate him when he tries to speak up. He compares life to an exuberant carnival.
