Lahcen Zinoun was a well known Moroccan choreographer, modern dancer, and filmmaker born on September 1944 and took his last breath on 16 January 2024 at the age of 79.

Following his demise, Lahcen Zinoun’s cause of death was determined to be a brain hemorrhage. He was regarded as the most well-known Moroccan choreographer of the modern era. 1958 saw him enroll in the Casablanca Conservatory, where he eventually studied modern dance. When Zinoun won first place in dance at the conservatory in 1964, she shot to fame.
