Sarkodie endorses newest highlife sensation Safo Newman

The Music Landlord Sarkodie has given support to Safo Newman, the new high-life wonder kid on the block, as he recently released a new song called “Akokoa.”

Safo Newman, a relatively unknown singer, gained popularity after Ghanaian music executive Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh tweeted on X about his new single titled “Akokoa.”

In his tweet, he stated, “I saw a talent that could serve a largely undiscovered market the moment our elders began to release fewer albums. He has a fantastic vocal delivery and relatable lyrics.”

After viewing the tweet, which has received close to 200,000 views, many artists have tagged other artists to work with them on a remix. Names like Sarkodie, Black Shreif, Kofi Kinaata, Fameye, Amerado, and many more were mentioned.

Sarkodie has a soft spot for Safo Newman, another one of his many explosive young talents. According to the Ghanaian rapper, the young, talented musician satisfies all the requirements to be considered a musician. He shared his opinions about him in a post.

Because of its relatable lyrics and the artist’s appealing appearance, the song Akokoa, which addresses religious hypocrisies, has gained popularity on social media. The artist’s humble appearance belies her unique sound, which many Ghanaians are eager to hear.
