Aldo Cosentino was a French boxer who competed at the 1968 Summer Olympics, 1972 Summer Olympics, and 1976 Summer Olympics. His last victory was the Men’s European Championship 1973 in bantamweight -54 kg.

Aldo Cosentino was born on December 19, 1947, in Tunis, Tunisia, and moved to France in the 1950s. He settled in Paris where he started boxing at the age of 16 at the famous Red Star in Saint-Ouen, joining his older brother Paul, who distinguished himself in the professional ranks.

Aldo Cosentino won his first French bantamweight champion title at the age of 20 in 1967. He was also the military world champion in 1967.

Aldo Cosentino was not only in boxing, he was also a remarkable photographer who immortalized on film many champions such as Roger Bambuck, Carlos Monzon, Jean Claude Bouttier, and many others.

Aldo Cosentino was survived by his wife and two children.
