Russian choreographer and professional dancer Artem Chigvintsev. His appearances on the American version of Dancing with the Stars, which he once won, are what made him most famous. He is also Nikki Bella’s husband, a reality television star and professional wrestler.
On June 12, 1982, Chigvintsev was born in Izhevsk, Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, RSFSR, USSR. In 2003, he relocated to the US, where he started dancing with Giselle Peacock, a champion ballroom dancer. Chigvintsev tried out to participate in So You Think You Can Dance’s inaugural season as a contestant. Along with Melissa Vella, Chigvintsev was ousted from the competition, but he made a comeback in season two as a guest choreographer.
