Timothy Ballard is an American activist, presenter, and author. He founded and served as the CEO of the anti-sex trafficking organization Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.). The 2023 American action film Sound of Freedom, starring Jim Caviezel, was inspired by Ballard’s writings.
He then went on to Brigham Young University (BYU), where he got a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and political science. He then earned a Master of Arts in international politics with honours from the Monterey Institute of International Studies (now part of Middlebury College).
