The 24-year-old Esther Henseleit was born on January 14, 1999, in Varel, Germany, and she is received as a German professional golfer and member of the Ladies European Tour and LPGA Tour. She turned professional in January 2019 with an EGA handicap of +7.1 after finishing third at Qualifying School for the 2019 Ladies European Tour. She won the Skaftö Open on the LET Access Series and qualified for the 2019 U.S. Women’s Open at a sectional qualifying tournament.

Henseleit is the daughter of Horst Henseleit her father and Iris Henseleit her mother. Her parents are German and hail from the small town of Varel near Oldenburg. Iris is a dentist by profession based in Oldenburg. She obtained a degree of Doctor of Dentistry from the Philipps University of Marburg in 1997. Her father’s profession is unknown.
Horst and Iris are parents of three including Esther and his two sisters Imra Henseleit and Felicita Henseleit. Felicita also played golf and trained with her elder sister and trained at Hamburg GC Falkenstein.
