August François von Finck (born 2 May 1968) is a German businessman and the grandson of August von Finck, Sr.

His great-grandfather Wilhelm von Finck was a co-founder of the private bank Merck Finck & Co., the insurance companies Munich Re and Allianz, and the second-largest global provider of insurance and financial services. Despite having a Swiss address, he is a citizen of Germany.

Georgetown Business School awarded Von Finck an MBA.

Maximilian Rudolph von Finck and Luitpold Ferdinand von Finck, both born in 1969, and Maria Theresia von Finck, a sister, are August François von Finck’s siblings.

He was known only as François von Finck when a student at the Darrow School in New Lebanon, New York, throughout his high school years.

Since July 2001, François von Finck has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Carlton-Holding AG in Allschwil, Switzerland.

The company owns nearly 100% of Mövenpick. He has also been on the supervisory board of Staatl. Mineralbrunnen AG in Bad Brückenau since 2001.

He is a partner in Von Roll Holding AG, an internationally active Swiss industrial conglomerate.
