Cynthia Okereke is a Nigerian born Nollywood actress and Entrepreneur who hails from Enugu State. She was born on 23 October 1960s.The Popular Nollywood actress was kidnapped last year alongside actor Clemson Cornel, while filming in Enugu is dead.
The actress, who had featured in scores of movies, was said to have died Tuesday night. Her demise is coming a year after enduring a traumatic kidnapping experience. The sad news was disclosed by her fellow colleague in the entertainment industry, Joseph Okechukwu, in a post on his verified Twitter handle on Wednesday.
Okechukwu wrote, “REST IN PEACE, Nwanyi oma. I’m shattered beyond words. The fact that I was about to pay for your flight ticket to come to finish what we started only to hear you went to be with Lord just last night is one of the toughest things I’ve ever had to deal with in recent times.
