Mirka Cejková was born on April 7, 1962, in Prague, Czechoslovakia, which is now the Czech Republic. She is a Czech presenter and coach. She is also an actress known for Nepouzitelný Max (1991), Televizní noviny (1994), and 13. komnata (2006).

The 61-year-old Mirka Cejková graduated from the University of Chemical Technology. She worked at Czech Television, where she moderated the main news session from 1989 to 1995. After that, she went to Premiéra TV, where she also accompanied the main news.  She also worked at TV Nova,  where she presented Televizní noviny with Pavel Zuna from 1999 to 2003.

In 2002, Mirka left the news to focus on her family and hosted only two live broadcasts of the Nation’s IQ Test.  In 2006, she hosted the show Extra on TV Prima; she left because of her candidacy for the senate.  From 2008 to 2010, she moderated the main news on TV Prima. In 2010, she was dismissed from Prima, and since then, she has been coaching.

Mirka was married three times; she first got married to a businessman named Tomáš Všetečka, then to golfer Alex Čejka, with whom she had three children two sons namely, Alex and Felix, and a daughter who was mentally disabled named Petra. In the years 2005–2011, she was married to Marko Vít.
