American musician and visual artist Eric “Rick” Froberg, born January 19, 1968, and sadly passed on June 30, 2023, was also known by the aliases Rick Fork and Rick Farr. He was raised in Brooklyn and Encinitas, California, as well as Los Angeles, where he was born.
He collaborated with fellow San Diego musician John Reis onstage while playing the guitar and singing for the bands Pitchfork, Drive Like Jehu, and Hot Snakes. Froberg also performed with Thingy, Obits, and the Last of the Juanitas.
