News reaching us claims a 25-year-old lady named Martha Wiafe was found dead in her boyfriend’s room in Atwima Agogo in the Ashanti Region.
The family of the deceased has caused the arrest of the said boyfriend, and the investigation is currently underway to unravel the circumstances surrounding Martha’s mysterious death.
On Monday evening(May 1st), a 25-year-old woman named Martha Wiafe died in her boyfriend’s room in Atwima Agogo in the Atwima Nwabiagya South Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
Her family has caused the arrest of her boyfriend, who is currently being held at the Abuakwa police station to assist with investigations.
Per our findings, Elder Isaac Wiafe, the purported father of the deceased, is in a state of shock and wondering what could have led to his daughter’s demise.
He stated that the family was not aware of the type of relationship that existed between Martha and her boyfriend.
At the moment, Mr. Wiafe is expecting the police to unravel what caused his daughter’s death but intuitively on his side he actually suspects foul play.
He revealed to a reliable source (Kumasi-based Silver TV) that he was told his daughter died at a place called Agogo Kofase, and the gentleman (boyfriend) she died in his room is currently with the Abuakwa police assisting with the investigation.
Soon the investigations will confirm how the pretty passed on.
Aso Martha’s mother is devastated by the loss of her daughter and is calling on President Akufo-Addo to ensure that the perpetrator is brought to justice. A relative of the deceased revealed that the young lady died on Sunday, but the news was kept from her relatives until Tuesday.
The investigation is ongoing, and Martha’s family is hoping to get answers about the circumstances surrounding her death.
