Greg Francis, Ontario Basketball’s director of game development, was born on April 4, 1974, in Toronto, Ontario. He previously served as head coach of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology Ridgebacks, the University of Waterloo Warriors, and the University of Alberta Golden Bears, taking over for Don Horwood, who had headed the Bears’ bench for 26 years.
