One of the gurus of Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young is the renounced musician and songwriter Stephen Stills. He is an American national and has been in the music industry from 1963 to the present.

He wrote “For What It’s Worth,” one of the most well-known songs of the 1960s when he started his professional career with Buffalo Springfield.

“Sit Down, I Think I Love You,” “Bluebird,” and “Rock & Roll Woman” are some of the other well-known songs he wrote for the band. His bandmate Richie Furay referred to him as “the heart and spirit of Buffalo Springfield.”

After Buffalo Springfield split up, Stills started collaborating with Graham Nash and David Crosby as a trio known as Crosby, Stills & Nash (CSN).
