Kathryn Dennis of Southern Charm, who is battling to reclaim custody of her two children, has had a significant legal setback.

The Bravo personality and her ex Thomas Ravenel have been at odds ever since he requested exclusive custody of Saint, 6, and Kensie, 8, in October 2020.
According to AllAboutTheTea.com, Kathryn, 30, has lost her legal representation.

She will now need to look for new legal counsel as she no longer has a defense attorney. Her earlier counsel, Pete Currence and Susan Rawls Strom, abruptly left the custody dispute.

The attorney-client relationship is irreparably damaged, according to a legal motion Kathryn filed with the South Carolina court and that AllAboutTheTea.com was able to receive. Kathryn “can no longer communicate, and can not agree on subjects of importance to the case.”

A local insider said that the reality star “doesn’t pay regularly or time for their services” in an interview with AllAboutTheTea.com.

The insider declared, “They’re done putting up with her nonsense.

Kathryn needs to get a new attorney to represent her because the lawyers did not go into detail about the problems with her.
