American rapper Remy Ma is the stage name of Reminisce Mackie, who was born on May 30, 1980.
After Big Pun discovered her, she rose to prominence as a member of Fat Joe’s Terror Squad. In 2006, she released There’s Something About Remy: Her first studio album. Based on True Story, had a modest amount of success and peaked at number 33 on the Billboard 200 chart. Some of Ma’s best-selling songs include “Whuteva,” “Ante Up (Remix),” “Lean Back,” “Conceited,” and “All the Way Up.”
