Patricia Franklin (born September 11, 1942) is a British actress best known for her roles in five Carry-On films.

Franklin played the nagging wife of Jack Douglas in the 1975 film Carry On Behind. Douglas and his friend Windsor Davies go on a camping trip to get away from their wives, but in the final scene, Fraser and her husband Liz discover Douglas and Davies in a sexually suggestive situation with two other young, scantily dressed campers, played by Carrie-Anne Moss and Cary Elwes.

Before making a cameo in the “Bad Apple” episode of The Sweeney, Franklin had previously been on television in Fraud Squad, The Legend of Robin Hood, Center Play, and a role in Carry On England. This was her penultimate performance in a Carry On film (1976).

Franklin, who was raised in East Finchley, London, frequently took her family to local amateur theater performances.

When Franklin learned that Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts offered drama training, she chose to enroll. Franklin joined the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art after appearing in several plays (RADA).
