Conan Gray was born in Lemon Grove, California, on December 5, 1998, and raised in Georgetown, Texas.
He began uploading vlogs, covers, and original songs to YouTube as a youngster. 2018 saw Gray sign a record deal with Republic Records, which led to the release of his first EP, Sunset Season.

He re-released “The Other Side”, a super popular track in February 2019 after initially making it available on YouTube in 2016.
Over 250 million streams have been added to Gray’s discography across all platforms. He received the 2019 Shorty Award for Best YouTube Musician and a Streamy Award nomination for Breakthrough Artist. Gray set out on his second headline North American tour in October 2019 with the help of UMI and renowned New Zealand artist Benee.
