June Blair, who appeared on “The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet” as the wife of her on-screen spouse David Nelson throughout the 1950s and 1960s, passed away on Monday in Sherman Oaks. 90 years old was she.

Blair’s passing was made official by Tracy Kristine Nelson, her niece, in a memorial post on Facebook.

The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, a 1960s sitcom, gave Blair her most notable role, though it occurred after she had already appeared in the show as other characters. Blair returned to the program in its eleventh season as Mrs. June Nelson, David Nelson’s wife and Ozzie and Harriet’s in-law.

Blair, who was born on October 30, 1932, in San Francisco, California, was raised as a state of California ward when her parents abandoned her when she was a young child. 1956 saw her make her acting debut in “Our Miss Brooks” on CBS.
