Former great football player and Partizan coach Miodrag Ješić, who passed away this morning in a horrible car accident on the Ruma-Jarak route, is said to have been driving too fast and may have even dozed off.
It is believed that Ješić fell asleep behind the wheel of the Citroen, which is why the accident is thought to have happened. He flew directly under the truck because he was probably moving too fast to stop, according to our interlocutor.
The truck driver was traveling along the main road while keeping to his own lane when he suddenly observed the car swerving. According to reports, the truck driver attempted to dodge the car but was unsuccessful, and the “Citroen” that Ješić was riding in slammed right into him.
Nothing of the automobile is still present, according to our interlocutor. The car was brought by a local towing company for an emergency technical examination despite being fully crushed, according to the investigation’s selection.
