Michael James Wozniak is a British comedian, author, and actor who was born on November 8th, 1979.
In the late 1990s, Wozniak started doing live sketch comedy; in 2007, he switched to stand-up. At the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2008, he won the Amused Moose Laugh-Off competition. He was nominated for comedy newcomer that same year. Wozniak performed at the Adelaide Fringe in 2009. Wozniak was a finalist for the Best Comedy Show Edinburgh Comedy Award in 2013, but Bridget Christie won.
In Alice Lowe’s Prevenge in 2016, Wozniak played the part of Josh.
‘Sump,’ a dramedy that was released in 2017 and featured in several film festivals, marked Wozniak’s debut as a director. A character named Sally, played by Jeany Spark, is featured in the 14-minute movie, and she is trapped in a cave with other people along with her husband.
Wozniak assumes the role of host Malcolm Durridge on his podcast for the St. Elwick’s Neighbourhood Association. The neighborhood association newsletter of St. Elwick’s, a fictional ward of Exeter, is the subject of the show. Due to budget cuts, the printed edition had to be replaced by the “cheapest alternative,” a podcast. On the Beef And Dairy Network Podcast, Wozniak frequently plays a variety of characters.
Together with Henry Paker and Benjamin Partridge, he launched the Three Bean Salad Podcast in 2021.
