On December 1, 2022, Julia Reichert passed away from urothelial carcinoma. Age-wise, she was 76. According to her partner and frequent coworker in the film industry Steven Bognar, Reichert passed away on Thursday night in her Yellow Springs, Ohio, home while surrounded by family. Stage 4 urothelial cancer was discovered in April 2018 in Reichert, who had previously been diagnosed with Stage 4 non-lymphoma Hodgkin’s in January 2006 and entered remission that same year.
