Roberta Sparta started her career as a model at the age of 16. She traveled and worked all over Europe and when she settled down in Milan she fell in love with the art of acting thanks to Nicoletta Ramorino ( iconic Italian theatre actress ) teacher at Centro Teatro Attivo.
In 2007 Roberta is accepted at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts so she moved to Hollywood. Her numerous credits include “Things from Another World” directed by Francesco Patierno with Diego Abatantuono and the national commercial “Caffè Hag” directed by Luke Scott (Ridley Scott’s son). In the USA she starred in the sci-fi series produced by Morgan Freeman “Through the Wormhole”. She was featured in several commercials such as Verizon, Nissan, and City Bank.
She collaborate with Disney as a voice-over artist for a new series of short animated cartoons released in October 2013. In April she will begin filming in Italy a feature film (thriller) as the lead actress. The movie, which will be distributed worldwide, will be directed by Francesco Picone and produced by Marco Ristori and Luca Boni.
