Andrea Agnelli is an Italian businessman who was born on December 6, 1975.

A Financial Accounts Probe requested by the Italian Football Federation that turned up “astonishing” evidence of corruption caused Agnelli to quit as the chairman of the Italian football team Juventus F.C. on November 28, 2022.

Agnelli served as the chairman and executive member of the European Club Association and was elected to the UEFA Executive Committee in 2015. He comes from the industrialist Agnelli family. Additionally, he is a member of the Stellantis and Exor boards.

Agnelli is the offspring of Donna Allegra Caracciolo di Castagneto, Marella Agnelli’s first cousin, born Donna Marella Caracciolo di Castagneto, and Filippo Caracciolo, 8th Prince di Castagneto, 3rd Duke di Melito, and a hereditary Patrician of Naples (19). Umberto Agnelli, a former Juventus F.C. chairman and senator of the Italian Republic, served as CEO of FIAT from 1970 to 1976. (b. 1903).

Allegra, who eventually gave birth to Andrea, and Marella, the widow of Agnelli’s uncle Gianni, are both sprung from a former Neapolitan aristocratic family that had titles like Prince of Castagneto and Duke of Melito among others.
