Kevin Serge Durand (born January 14, 1974) is a singer and actor from Canada. In the History Channel series Vikings, he plays Harbard.
Durand was born in the Canadian city of Thunder Bay. He is of French-Canadian origin and speaks French well. While attending St. Ignatius High School in Thunder Bay, he enjoyed rapping. At the local auditorium, he opened for Maestro Fresh Wes.
Durand got his big break when he was cast in Mystery, Alaska. Because of his tall, strong build, he frequently portrays characters on both the good and bad sides of police enforcement.
He is most recognized for his roles in Dark Angel as Joshua, Lost as Martin Keamy, X-Men Origins: Wolverine as Fred J. Dukes / The Blob, Legion as Gabriel, Robin Hood as Little John, Smokin’ Aces as Jeeves Tremor, and The Strain as Vasiliy Fet. He was nominated for a Genie Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2012 for his performance as Lenny Jackson in Edwin Boyd: Citizen Gangster.
On October 1, 2010, he married his long-term lover Sandra Cho. Amélie Moon, their daughter, was born on August 30, 2015.
