Gustaf Caspar Orm Skarsgård, professionally known as Gustaf Skarsgård, is a Swedish actor. The Swedish city of Stockholm is where Gustaf Skarsgård was born on November 12, 1980. The Way Back, Westworld, and Vikings are among his best-known acting and directing roles.
At the age of nine, he made his acting debut in “Täcknamn Coq Rouge”, a film in which his father played the main character. He enrolled in Theaterhögskolan in Stockholm in 1999 and received his diploma there in 2003. In several theatrical performances, including “The Merchant of Venice” and “Lulu”, he served as a lead actor after joining Dramaten Theatre Company in 2003.
From 1999 to 2005, Gustaf Skarsgrd was romantically involved with actress Hanna Alström. He is now seeing Caroline Sjöström.
