Zachary Leon Andrews, a former National Basketball Association G League player for the Northern Arizona Suns, was created in the United States on March 9, 1985. He played basketball while attending Bradley University and Yuba College while growing up in Rancho Cordova, California.
Andrews was raised in Oakland, California, with his mother and three brothers in a low-income family. After more than 10 years in foster care, he later moved back in with his mother and into public housing in Sacramento, California, as a teenager. In 2003, Andrews earned his high school diploma from Rancho Cordova High School in Rancho Cordova, California. Andrews received letters from Cordova in both basketball and football.
