Paul Schrier II is a 52-year-old actor, director, and artist from the United States. He is most known for his role in the Power Rangers series as Farkas “Bulk” Bulkmeier.
From 1993 to 1999, he played the character for seven seasons and was the final original cast member to leave the show.

Schrier made his animation debut as Flonk in Cartoon Network’s Mighty Magiswords in 2017. He has also directed episodes of the Hello Kitty cartoon series as well as a short film. Schrier is also a comic book artist, having contributed to The Red Star.
Farkas “Bulk” Bulkmeier was the Power Rangers franchise’s longest-serving cast member, yet he was never an official Power Ranger.
This was finally remedied in the 2017 online series Power Rangers Hyperforce when he was promoted to a yellow ranger. Saban Entertainment considers Hyperforce to be canon, making Schrier a Ranger in his own right.
