Anthony Nelson, an American football outside linebacker with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League, was born on March 4, 1997 to Christy and Jeff Nelson in Waukee, Iowa, in the United States.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected Nelson in the fourth round, 107th overall, of the 2019 NFL Draft .
Nelson, a member of the Super Bowl LV champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers, made his first career sack on David Blough during the 47-7 victory in Week 16 of the 2020 campaign against the Detroit Lions. In the postseason, he had four solo tackles, including one in the Super Bowl.
