An American professional cornerback with the Detroit Lions of the National Football League, Jeffrey Chidera Okudah was born on February 2, 1999. Prior to the Lions selecting him third overall in the 2020 NFL Draft, he played college football at Ohio State, where he was a resounding All-American in 2019.

He was sidelined for the first game of the season after suffering a hamstring injury during training camp. In Week 2’s matchup with the Green Bay Packers, he made a comeback and allowed six completions for 96 yards.
