Vanchi LaShawn Jefferson Jr. (born July 26, 1996) is an American football wide receiver for the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams (NFL). He attended Ole Miss and Florida before being drafted by the Rams in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Jefferson was born in Brentwood, Tennessee, and grew up there before attending Ravenwood High School. He caught 87 passes for 1,251 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior. He was named first-team All-State after accumulating 67 receptions for 1,223 yards and 13 touchdowns, and he originally committed to play college football at Georgia. Jefferson de-committed from Georgia in January of his senior year and signed with Ole Miss.

Jefferson redshirted his freshman year at Ole Miss in 2015. He had 49 catches for 543 yards and three touchdowns as a redshirt freshman in 2016. Jefferson had 42 receptions for 456 yards and one touchdown as a redshirt sophomore. Following the 2017 season, Jefferson declared his intention to transfer from Ole Miss after the program was sanctioned by the NCAA, eventually deciding to continue his collegiate career at Florida.

After receiving waivers from the NCAA and the Southeastern Conference, Jefferson was granted immediate eligibility to play for Florida (SEC). In his first season with the Gators, he led the team with 35 receptions, 503 yards receiving, and six touchdowns.  He caught 49 passes for 657 yards and six touchdowns as a senior. In his final career game, he caught six passes for 129 yards against Virginia in the 2019 Orange Bowl. Jefferson finished his collegiate career in 45 games with 175 receptions for 2,159 yards and 16 touchdowns.
