Georgia’s Lawrenceville, which is 50 kilometers (30 miles) northeast of Atlanta, is where Kirshnik Khari Ball professionally known as ‘Takeoff’ was born. His mother, along with Quavo and Offset’s families, nurtured him in Lawrenceville.
In seventh grade, he began creating beats and rhythms, but it wasn’t until 2011 that he began making music professionally. Takeoff is an American National who passed on at the age of 28 years after he was shot multiple times just after his private party with 40 people ended.
Takeoff started rapping in 2008, along with Quavo and Offset, who are also family members. The group’s original stage name was Polo Club, but they eventually switched to Migos. On August 25, 2011, the group released Juug Season, a mixtape, which served as their first full-length project. Then, on June 1, 2012, they released the mixtape No Label.
