Lafoga Jordan Mailata (born March 31, 1997) is an Australian professional American football offensive tackle for the National Football League’s Philadelphia Eagles (NFL).

Jordan Mailata grew up with the Bankstown Bulls and was selected for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs’ Under 18s team in 2015. The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are an Australian professional rugby league team that was founded in 1934 and competes in the National Rugby League (NRL). Mailata passed out during a pre-season training session one week before the Bulldogs’ first scheduled S.G. Ball Cup game in 2014. The S.G. Ball Cup is an Under-18s rugby league football tournament held in New South Wales.
Surgery was required to repair both the upper and lower chambers of his heart. He took a one-year break from rugby league. During this time, Mailata was reported to have increased his weight from 147 to 166 kilograms. After recovering from surgery, Mailata and his brothers Daniel and Moana competed in the A-grade level of the Balmain competition for Five Dock RSL Junior Rugby League in Five Dock. Mailata caught the eye of Ben Rogers, a recruiter for the South Sydney Rabbitohs, during this competition.
