Jordan X. Davis (born January 12, 2000) is an American football defensive tackle for the National Football League’s Philadelphia Eagles (NFL). He attended Georgia and was a member of the team that won the College Football Playoff National Championship in 2022, as well as receiving the Chuck Bednarik Award and the Outland Trophy as a senior in 2021. The Eagles selected Davis in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Davis was born in Charlotte, North Carolina on January 12, 2000. He began playing football at Mallard Creek High School as a junior after playing basketball at Hopewell High School. He chose Georgia over offers from Clemson, Florida, Miami (Florida), and North Carolina to play college football.
As a true freshman, Davis appeared in 11 games with four starts, recording 25 tackles and 1.5 sacks. He was named to the SEC All-Freshman team and a Freshman All-American by the Football Writers Association of America. He had 18 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks as a sophomore. Davis had 16 tackles and a sack during the COVID-19-shortened 2020 season, leading his team to a 2021 Peach Bowl victory. Davis had his best season as a senior, recording 32 tackles, two sacks, and one rushing touchdown. After a perfect regular season, Davis and the Bulldogs were defeated in the 2021 SEC Championship by the Alabama Crimson Tide.
