Polly Kreisman was a reporter on NYC television and on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC for 25 years. Polly won 15 Emmys for her work. She prowled the streets of New York and traveled the world to tell those stories.

Reporting is a cutthroat business (and even harder when you’re raising twins on your own), but she thrived in the hustle: scrambling for exclusives, performing last-minute live shots, and racing to beat deadlines.

Now she brings stories to life, instead of reciting just the facts. Her skills as a writer, producer, and on-camera reporter prepared her easily when another door opened to TV and Film.

Polly Kreisman’s parents: Who are her father and mother?

Polly is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman H. Kreisman of Washington. Her father is an adviser on international technology matters to the Energy Department in Washington. Her mother, Gloria Gross Kreisman retired as the vice president for public relations for Macy’s East, the department store company’s East Coast operation.
