DeAndre Carter (born April 10, 1993) is an American football wide receiver and return specialist for the National Football League’s Los Angeles Chargers (NFL).

He attended Sacramento State University before signing as an undrafted free agent with the Baltimore Ravens in 2015. Carter has also played for a number of other NFL teams.
Carter played wide receiver at Sacramento State and was named a first-team FCS All-American in 2014 after catching 99 passes for 1,321 yards and 17 touchdowns.
Carter agreed to terms with the Baltimore Ravens on May 3, 2015. He appeared to have a chance to make the final roster after a successful training camp. However, after failing to win the return job during the first three weeks of preseason, he was released by the Ravens as part of the first wave of roster cuts on August 31, 2015. On September 16, 2015, Carter signed with the Oakland Raiders practice squad after the Raiders traded wide receiver Brice Butler to the Dallas Cowboys. He was released from the practice squad on December 1, 2015.
