Joshua Allen Eads, better known by his stage name Ginger Minj, is an American reality television star, actor, and drag queen.
Minj go into the spotlight after finishing as the runner-up in RuPaul’s Drag Race’s seventh season. She has voiced characters in three Netflix original series and films, including the 2018 comedy Dumplin and the 2017 animated series Super Drags. She has also recorded three studio albums.

While participating in RuPaul’s Drag Race Minj triumphed in three of the competition’s challenges, most notably the Snatch Game in which she played Adele.
Sam Damshenas of Gay Times later placed Minj’s rendition of Adele as the sixth best in Drag Race “herstory.” She finished as a runner-up alongside Pearl in the final episode after losing to Violet Chachki.
