
Carson Tinker, born November 15, 1989, is an American football long snapper for the National Football League’s Seattle Seahawks (NFL).
He played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide, where he was a part of the squad that won the national championship in 2009 and was the starting long snapper for the teams that won the national title in 2011 and 2012.
In 2013, he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

He had his high school education at Riverdale (Murfreesboro, Tennessee).
Tinker made his first appearance in an Alabama game against Chattanooga during the 2009 season after redshirting in 2008.
Tinker was upgraded as the Crimson Tide’s primary long snapper for the 2010 season, converting 121 of 123 snapping chances.
He converted all 119 snapping opportunities in 2011, his way to winning the national title.
The renowned NFL star was chosen by his teammates to accept the 2011 Disney’s Wide World of Sports Spirit Award on behalf of the whole team on December 8, 2011, in acknowledgment of their combined efforts in rebuilding Tuscaloosa following the disaster.
