Dallas was born in Brunswick, Georgia, on September 16, 1998. He began playing wide receiver for the football team at Glynn Academy in Brunswick as a sophomore.
He played every position on the field throughout his tenure in high school, including wide receiver, running back, quarterback, punt and kick returner, and even on defense.
He was selected as a wide receiver to the first team of the 3-5A region in his sophomore year. Dallas, a junior, concluded the season with 678 throwing yards, 1,139 rushing yards, 147 receiving yards, and 22 total touchdowns.
He helped Glynn Academy win its first Class 5A State Championship in more than 50 years. He was also named player of the year for regions 3-5A.
