Adams captained his country and earned 66 international caps while playing over 600 games for Arsenal, including over 500 Premier League games.

Adam went on to become a manager, but it wasn’t all plain sailing.

He previously played for Wycombe Wanderers, Feyenoord, Porstmouth, Gabala, and Granada.
However, due to poor performances, he was fired from both Portsmouth and Granada.
