After the news of the Queen’s passing broke yesterday evening on BBC, ITV, and other broadcasters, a few photoshopped tweets purporting to be from his account were published on Twitter linking the sad situation to his upcoming DC movie.
“Rest in peace to her Majesty the Queen, Elizabeth II,” said one bogus tweet. a magnificent monarch who ruled for the longest period of time in British history. She’ll never get to see Black Adam, which is sad.
Dwayne later moved to his official Twitter and gave his own heartfelt homage to the Queen’s loved ones during such a trying period without making any comments on the joke.
