Those strapped into the attraction are tossed around, with one person’s body brutally swinging as others are said to have come loose from their chairs.
Following-up video shows terrified onlookers ministering to the injured, including a mother who is looking after a toddler who is laying on the ground.
According to a local police officer, the organizers were “negligent,” as there were no ambulances at the event.
An investigation is now underway.
