Ghanaian actor based in Italy, Henry Adofo, has said the showbiz industry in Ghana is a very difficult and spiritually strong industry and to stay alive entertainment personalities should take their spiritual lives seriously.
His comment comes on the back of the number of deaths the showbiz industry has recorded this year.
Adofo who was in an interview with pulse TV said “this year has been quite particular for the Ghanaian showbiz industry. it worries me a lot but we are in a very difficult and spiritually strong industry and it only leads me as a person drawing super close to God”.
He mentioned that with the kind of audience they are open to as showbiz persons they have more admirers and haters and that “you cannot allow yourself to be killed, you cannot make somebody orchestrate and then take you off that’s how I see it. When I am ninety and I go I understand but when I am young and I go it don’t make sense so we need to take our spiritual life serious”.
He intimated the need for entertainers who are lucky to be alive to take certain things serious because it is sad how the showbiz industry is losing its people to death.
