Former GBC Director, Eva Lokko, was today given a State Burial at the forecourt of the State House.
Madam Eva Lokko who was the Running Mate of Dr. Papa Kwasi Nduom in the 2012 election and Parliamentary candidate for Progressive Peoples Party in the Klottey Korle Constituency in this year’s election died an untimely death on October 6 this year.
Her death came as a shock to many because of how vibrant she was in this year’s parliamentary race in the Klottey Korle constituency.
Her final funeral rites brought together dignitaries from all political parties and other astute personalities in the country including the flagbearer of PPP, Dr. Nduom, Dr. Zenator Rawlings and many others.
