Herman Van Springel was born on August 14th, 1943. He died on August 25, 2022, was a Belgian road racer from Grobbendonk in the Flemish Campine or Kempen area.
Herman wore the Maillot Jaune for four stages of the 1968 Tour de France and three stages of the 1973 Tour de France.
