Robyn Griggs was an American stage, television, and film actress. Griggs, who was born in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, began her career as a child actor when she played the role of Molly in Annie.
Robyn Griggs was born on April 30, 1973, in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, United States
She died of stage IV cervical cancer on August 13, 2022.

Griggs claimed on the show Hard Copy it was because of her relationship with John Wayne Bobbitt, who she claimed was just a friend, while producers claimed they were taking the role in a new direction.

After some years out of the spotlight, Griggs returned to acting, mainly in horror films, including Zombiegeddon and Ghost Tour. She had hosted the horror convention Twisted Nightmare Weekend.

Griggs revealed that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer in 2020. Robyn Griggs died of the disease on August 13, 2022, at the age of 49.

Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor of the cervix, the lowermost part of the uterus.

It can be prevented by PAP smear screening and the HPV vaccine.
