According to reports, the Gunners and Fenerbahce are in negotiations over the sale of defender Pablo Mari.
Before the transfer window closes, the Turkish juggernauts want to swoop in and sign the 28-year-old Spaniard.
Mari Pablo has a better chance of playing first-team football with the move since he is often ranked behind Ben White and Gabriel in the Arsenal pecking order.
According to speculations, the transfer might already be underway. Fenerbahce made first contact with Arsenal for Pablo Mari, a tweet revealed.
The center-back may permanently depart from Arsenal Football Club during this transfer market session.
Interestingly, Mari played for Arsenal just twice last year. One of the two involved Romelu Lukaku brutalizing him in Chelsea’s victory at the Emirates in August.
The Spaniard then played for Udinese on loan for the remainder of the campaign, making 15 appearances and scoring twice. The only significant player to leave the North London club this year is Alexandre Lacazette.
