Café Tarifa, which is described as a “hidden oasis on Cowley Road” is Spanish beach inspired and serves cocktails, Spanish beers, and wines. The bar is owned by Clinton Pugh, the actress’s dad, who also owns Kazbar and Café Coco in Oxford.
The bar announced its return on Instagram in a post that showed a picture of the Café’s deals on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. “We are back! New and improved, covered and heated garden, chilled seating. HAPPY ALL NIGHTS, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays!”
Actor and musician Toby Sebastian, Florence’s brother, commented and said: “AMAZING! Can’t believe it’s back open.”
