Where did James Bopp go to college and law school?

Bopp worked as Indiana’s deputy attorney general from 1973 to 1975.

Later, he represented Indiana as a committeeman on the Republican National Committee (RNC), and from 2008 to 2012, he served as the RNC’s vice chairman.

In 2022, in response to news that a 10-year-old rape victim had an abortion, Bopp stated that the National Right to Life Committee’s model legislation would have prohibited that procedure.

He also stated that they believed the woman should have carried the child to term and that they hoped she would understand the importance of having the child in the long run.

The Traditional Values Coalition, the Home School Legal Defense Association, Concerned Women for America, and the Federation for American Immigration Reform are just a few of Bopp’s previous and present clients who are noted for their fervent social conservatism.
