Is Tom Tugendhat a Brexiter or Pro Brexit?
In the 2016 referendum, he voted against Brexit, favoring continued membership in the European Union.
Tugendhat supported calls for an EU referendum and voted against further integration with the bloc. However, when the vote came around in 2016, he was among a slew of Conservative MPs who voted against Brexit.
He did not try to prevent Theresa May from delivering the referendum results and instead supported her efforts to reach a withdrawal agreement.
He has promised to depart from Boris Johnson’s policies if he becomes Prime Minister.
